Construction Manager

About the role We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team at PT FAJAR KONSTRUKSI ENJINIRING. As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects in Tangerang Banten. This full‑time position will involve managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and coordination to budgeting and quality control.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

Coordinating and managing all construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.

Overseeing the work of subcontractors and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Collaborating with the design team to resolve technical issues and optimise construction methods.

Monitoring and reporting on project performance, including budget, timeline, and risk management.

Providing leadership and mentoring to the construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What we’re looking for

Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in the

Construction

industry, with a focus on

Project Management .

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement detailed project plans.

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the design team.

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
