Senior Project Manager, People Services Excellence & Operational Effectiveness (Bangkok-based, Relocation Provided) Join Agoda’s People Team as a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects that improve People services at scale. This role is based in Bangkok and requires relocation support; remote work is not an option.

The People Team, especially the People Experience & Services and People Services Excellence & Operational Effectiveness functions, focus on delivering seamless employee journeys and scalable HR services.

In This Role, You Will...

Lead and oversee a portfolio of strategic People Services projects, ensuring measurable impact on service quality, speed, cost, and employee experience.

Develop and maintain project charters, roadmaps, and timelines, aligning scope and resources.

Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs with escalation as needed.

Embed structured change management—including communications, training, and adoption plans.

Design, standardize, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes.

Collaborate with People Services leaders to define service standards, SLAs, and KPIs.

Support rollout of service delivery models such as tiered support, shared services, self‑service, and automation.

Partner with Tech and Analytics teams to leverage systems and reduce manual effort.

Lead process mapping, analysis, and redesign to simplify HR workflows.

Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive quality and throughput.

Champion data‑driven improvement using metrics and employee feedback.

Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements.

Drive strong communication and engagement throughout project lifecycles.

Contribute to OKRs and KPIs for People Services Excellence & O.E.; track and analyze performance.

Prepare presentations and reports for senior leaders highlighting insights and outcomes.

What You Will Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).

7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or transformation roles, ideally in HR/People Operations.

Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects from concept to implementation.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in process mapping and root cause analysis.

Certification or strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) or equivalent.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Comfort handling ambiguity and balancing strategy with execution.

It Would Be Good If

Experience in HR transformation or HR shared services in a multinational organization.

Hands‑on experience with Workday or similar enterprise HR platforms.

Experience setting up or improving service delivery models, case management, or knowledge management.

Experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, or employee experience design.
