Job Description:

IT & OT (Operational Technology) Infrastructure Support Installation and maintenance of PCs, production workstations, label printers, barcode scanners, and industrial devices. Supporting devices in production areas (HMI, operator terminals, industrial PCs). Coordination with the engineering team for troubleshooting automation systems.

Production System & Integration Support Supporting the operation of ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Odoo). Supporting MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operations. Monitoring data integration between production machines, servers, and monitoring dashboards. Assisting with troubleshooting IoT device integration on production lines.

Network & Connectivity Maintaining LAN/WAN networks in office and plant areas. Setting up and monitoring VLANs to separate IT and OT networks. Basic configuration of switches, access points, and firewalls. Troubleshooting production machine connections to the central server.

System Security (Cybersecurity Awareness) Monitoring antivirus and endpoint security. Implementing user access policies (role‑based access). Performing regular backup and restore of production data. Assisting in preventing cybersecurity risks in manufacturing systems.

Helpdesk & Documentation Handling support tickets from office users and production operators. Creating IT SOP documentation and troubleshooting guides. Providing basic system usage training to production operators.

Server & Data Monitoring Monitoring local/cloud servers. Checking the performance of production databases. Assisting the data team in ensuring real‑time data accuracy.

Requirements: Installation and troubleshooting of industrial hardware. Understanding of basic to intermediate networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, subnetting). Basic server management (Windows Server / Linux). Understanding of IT & OT concepts. Familiarity with ERP and MES systems. Basic database knowledge (MySQL / SQL Server). Understanding of basic IoT and automation concepts. Basic scripting (PowerShell / Bash) is an added advantage. Understanding of Smart Factory concepts. Familiarity with PLC & HMI (added advantage). Knowledge of sensor integration and data acquisition. Awareness of industrial security standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
