Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and partners in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelorโs degree in any related field.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant (preferably with at least 1 year of experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Professionally well groomed and positive attitude.
Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
