About the role Join PT Global Tek Indo' as a full-time

finance & Admin sales

based in Tangerang Selatan Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable

Assist with budget preparation, cash flow management and financial reporting

Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, managing client correspondence and data entry

Liaise with clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and task completion

Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative and financial procedures

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance or administrative role, preferably within the sales industry

Proficient in financial management, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable and budget preparation

Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and accounting software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
