Requirements: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design. Advanced proficiency in

Figma

(components, auto layout, design systems, prototyping, collaboration features). Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience designing for web and mobile platforms. Ability to interpret research findings and data insights into effective design solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions to stakeholders. Experience conducting usability testing and applying iterative feedback. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum).

Technical Expertise in Figma: Create and maintain Design Systems. Build reusable components with variants and properties. Develop complex interactive prototypes. Manage shared libraries and collaboration workflows. Use Dev Mode for efficient developer handoff.

Responsibilities: Design and optimize user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms. Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Design new products from concept to MVP and lead redesign initiatives for existing platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive and seamless experiences. Conduct UX research (usability testing, competitive analysis). Analyze user behavior and data insights to continuously improve product usability. Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides. Contribute to UX writing to ensure clarity, consistency, and user-friendly messaging. Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and product discovery workshops.

Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Experience designing data-driven platforms such as dashboards or analytics tools.
