AFR PCM Specialist

Job Purpose Manage daily booking arrangement as well consolidation for AFR Export shipment

Key Responsibilities

Arrange with Carriers for blocked space which will be reflected in the standard consolidation schedule

Maintain contract/correspondence with Carriers such as negotiating Ad-Hoc rates

Responsible to check update rates on TTC & HX report after received report from FICO

Responsible to monitor itinerary of the shipment from ATD until Gateway

Ensuring Airlines MAWB stock available and provided

Checking and ensure for correctness of Invoice Airlines

Close follow up with carriers for commercial issue

Informs superior and relevant functional unit continuously and in good term of occurrences within his/her area of responsibility

Thermonet Support

Comply with QHSE procedure and regulation

Actively participate in all QHSE program

Job Requirements

Experience in Air Freight matters minimum 2 years

English Fluency both in writing and speaking

Computer Literacy is a must

Results oriented without compromising Respect

Has all technical competencies that required by the position
