As a

KOL Strategist , you will: Create KOL briefs based on ongoing activities each month. Ensure ongoing activities can achieve high awareness in terms of views. Create weekly briefs for KOLs and custom briefs for Macro and Mega KOLs. Analyze ad-friendly KOL content to request boost code.

Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations, including handling agreements, payments, and campaign execution. Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong network of beauty influencers being a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using social media platforms and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
