Job Description

Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Support employee relations and internal communication.

Liaise with Mandarin-speaking management for HR-related matters.

Manage office administration, facilities, and asset inventory.

Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, accommodation, transportation, travel arrangements, and company events.

Support with immigration processes (KITAS/work permits), housing, transportation, and daily administration.

Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures.

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years experience in HRGA roles.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.

Familiar with recruitment process, office administration, and expatriate handling.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
