Head of Quality, Risk and Management (EMC Tangerang) About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of QRM to join our growing team at EMC Healthcare in Tangerang. As a full‑time position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and risk management across our healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs to monitor and improve clinical and operational performance.

Oversee the identification, assessment and mitigation of strategic, operational and compliance risks.

Lead the design and maintenance of robust management systems, policies and procedures.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards and industry best practices.

Provide expert guidance and training to staff on quality, risk and management principles.

Analyze data and generate insightful reports to inform decision‑making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health or Medicine.

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in quality, risk or management roles within the healthcare industry.

Advanced knowledge of quality management systems, risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Experience implementing accreditation (KARS & JCI).

Experience preparing documentation and regulations.

Understanding of internal QRM audits.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
