commercial and residential properties, executive rentals, and high-profile short-term rental assets . The business works closely with investors and strategic partners and is actively involved in
acquisitions, leasing, and day-to-day property operations .
This role is critical to keeping operations
organized, moving forward, and executed at a consistently high standard .
About the Role:
We are seeking a
high-caliber, self-driven Senior Real Estate Virtual Assistant
to act as a
right-hand partner to the executive team . This role sits at the intersection of
Asset Management, Transaction Coordination, and Executive Support .
You will assist across the
full life cycle of real estate assets
— from
commercial due diligence and NNN reconciliations
to
managing high-profile short-term rental listings and executive scheduling .
The ideal candidate doesn’t simply execute tasks — they
understand the reasoning behind each action , ensuring that every bid sourced, document signed, and process documented supports the company’s broader investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Asset Management
Support lease modifications for commercial and residential properties
Source, qualify, and compare
2–3 third-party bids
for maintenance and project work
Schedule property inspections and showings; manage and pre-screen incoming leads
Assist with
NNN reconciliations
for commercial properties and track critical deadlines
Communicate with investors via CRM and assist with quarterly and year-end updates
Support document preparation, signature collection, and organization of property-related events or tours
Real Estate & Executive Assistance
Support
tax challenge work
and review closing documents for real estate transactions
Confirm and track commission payments and ensure independent contractor agreements are finalized
Assist with
commercial acquisition due diligence , including research on local city and county codes
Support permit applications and manage bookings and pricing for high-end short-term rentals
Create, refine, and document
SOPs
for repeatable business processes
Personal Assistance
Manage personal and professional scheduling, reservations, and follow-ups
Handle miscellaneous executive support tasks with discretion and reliability
Qualifications & Skills

Strong drive to learn with a genuine interest in the
investment side of real estate
High accountability, ownership, and analytical thinking
Comfortable working with
numbers and financial concepts
Strong reasoning skills with the ability to understand
broader business impacts
Ability to leverage AI tools thoughtfully while carefully validating outputs
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum
3 years of real estate experience
(investment-side experience preferred)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, math, or a technical field
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
Tools:
AppFolio experience strongly preferred
Communication:
Exceptional English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
Workstation:
Dedicated home office, Windows 11 Pro, webcam, and high-speed internet with backup
