Sales Representative - Sumatera (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets in the assigned area and report sales performance regularly to Area Manager

Act as a representative for the organization during external meetings and presentations

Assist in communication between Chinese employees and local stakeholders

Establish and maintain a good relationship with distributors

Monitor and control product stock with distributors

Monitor competitors’ activities and development to stay informed about industry trends

Analyze market trends and territory/market potential

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major

Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience as sales in an FMCG company

Proficiency in Mandarin

Excellent data analysis skill

Good teamwork and problem‑solving skill

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Highly self‑motivated and target‑oriented

Have driving licence A/C
