As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects within our organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely completion of tasks, maintaining accurate project documentation, and facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Fresh Graduates from any degree are welcome.
Having experience in Project Management will be a plus.
Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment will be a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Easily to adapt with the project management tools, and familiar with Office Program (E.g Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc).
Knowledge of simple project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in work.
Fluently speaking in Bahasa Indonesia and English is prioritized.
Job Descriptions
Assist in the preparation and distribution of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to established deadlines.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks for prompt resolution.
Prepare and maintain project status reports, budget reports, and risk assessments with a high level of accuracy.
Assist in the monitoring and management of project expenses to ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and issue logs.
Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by facilitating effective communication and cooperation among team members.
