Talent Recruitment Manager at THIS IS APRIL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to developing the apparel, bag and shoes category's assortment.

Driving the process of product development (coordinating with garment factory).

Sourcing and managing the merchandise mix (create assortment and collection) to achieve targeted sales and profit.

Creating new ideas to expand the product's market.

Increasing market share.

Identify and recommended resources in sourcing new ideas, and conduct ongoing competitor research/ trend analysis.

Monitoring merchandise performance (Stock and Sales analysis).

Analyse and make decisions using retail math.

Prepare and provide Merchandise performance report including trend analysis to support future plan.

Collaborate across team to ensure the data support and align merchandising plan with business objective plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 year relevant experience in merchandising position, from fashion industry.

Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Has good knowledge about product development.

Strong retail math & analytical skills and detail oriented.

Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle.

Sharp business sense.

Strong interpersonal skill and great attitude.

Great team player.

Excellent in excel and computer tools.
