Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Telesales Agent, Retention Agent, or a similar role within the online iGaming industry.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Ability to engage, manage, and support VIP or high-value customers with a high-touch service approach.
Solid understanding of customer retention strategies, sales techniques, and player lifecycle management.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, call systems, and communication tools.
Willingness to work with flexible schedules based on operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and player engagement activities in iGaming industries.
Familiarity with player behavior patterns, retention metrics, and industry trends.
Ability to analyze data, reports, and customer feedback to optimize retention strategies.
