Field Application Engineer

Responsible for providing on-site technical support and solutions for FATEK PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human Machine Interface), and Servo systems to meet customer needs. Collaborate with customers to understand their applications and issues, providing tailored technical support and advice. Additionally, contribute to marketing and promotion activities to enhance product awareness and engage potential customers Job Description

Assist customers in solving technical problems (including onsite support). Conduct regular technical training and seminars. Provide customers with proper product specification, technical consultation, and related application information. Provide regular after-sales service and consultation. Collaborating with distributors for customer visits and marketing activities. Executing assigned marketing activities, such as participating in exhibitions Qualifications

Qualifications At least 2 years of engineer experience in industrial automation field including PLC / HMI / Servo. Strong English skill is required. Strong leadership skills with ability to work independently, as a team, and positively influence and inspire across all levels. Have strong communication skills and a passion for great customer service. Have driving license or able to acquire one within 6 months of on-board. Possessing a car and the ability to drive for customer visits is a plus Skilled in FATEK (PLC HMI etc.) products is a plus.
