We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee Industrial Relations and General Affairs at our manufacturing facility in Bitung.

Industrial Relations & General Affairs Manager Work Location:

Cikupa, Kab. Tangerang

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations and General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing industry ( manufacturing experience is a must ). Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, dispute resolution, and government regulations. Proven experience managing GA functions such as facility management, security, procurement, licensing, and community engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities: Industrial Relations Management:

Maintain harmonious relationships with employees, labor unions, and government institutions; handle employee grievances and industrial disputes effectively. Labor Law Compliance:

Ensure company policies and practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations. Union & Government Liaison:

Lead negotiations with labor unions and coordinate with government agencies for labor-related matters. General Affairs Operations:

Oversee facility management, security, maintenance, and asset control to support manufacturing operations. Procurement & Vendor Management:

Manage purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and cost optimization for GA operations. Licensing & Permits:

Ensure all company licenses, operational permits, and certifications are valid and compliant. Community Engagement:

Liaise with local communities to maintain positive relations and lead CSR initiatives. Budget Management:

Control GA budgets to ensure cost efficiency and operational effectiveness. Reporting:

Provide regular reports, dashboards, and performance updates to senior management.
