Transformation Project Manager

For one of my customer we are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager. Duration: 6+ months renewable Location: Europe(100% remote) Description: We are embarking on a strategic transformation of our enterprise data ecosystem. Our current landscape, built over several years on technologies such as Talend, GCP/BigQuery, DataIku, Looker, QlikSense, and Tableau, has served us well but now faces scalability, interoperability, and modernization challenges. To address these, we intend to transition to a next-generation, Azure-based data platform leveraging solutions like Azure Functions, Kafka, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. This transformation initiative aims to build a unified, robust, and scalable Azure Data Platform foundation that supports efficient data ingestion, processing, analytics, and visualization across the enterprise. Our goal is to not only have a unified, robust, and scalable Azure Data Platform foundation and migrate/rebuild our legacy systems to our new landscape but also to bring all the data, structured and unstructured, to the Azure data platform through efficient data pipelines to then be able to work on providing valuable data products.

Deliverables: We are looking for expertise to support our transformation and rebuilding of our legacy systems to Azure. Developing a comprehensive project plan for the transition to an Azure-based data platform. To Start : Ensuring seamless migration and integration of existing data systems to the new platform. Ongoing : Implementing efficient data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. To Start : Facilitating change management processes to ensure smooth adoption across the organization. You role will be to be sure we are finalizing the Azure data platform implementation and drive on the migration in association with a MS partner.
