Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve established targets Manage the performance of sales teams to achieve sales targets Monitor and coordinate with sales and sales support teams Maintain good relationships with merchants to improve satisfaction and loyalty Prepare regular operational and sales reports for management and provide strategic recommendations based on regional performance Requirements

Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 5 years of experience in sales or marketing with 3 years in a team leadership role Strong understanding or hands‑on experience selling point‑of‑sale (mobile/web) applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for preparing reports, presentations, and branch planning Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work collaboratively with a team Comfortable working with targets and in a dynamic environment Seniority Level
