Supervise daily warehouse and fulfillment operations (receiving, picking, packing, and shipping). Ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and SLA achievement. Manage inventory control, including regular stock counts and discrepancy investigation. Plan manpower, work schedules, and daily targets for warehouse staff. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, sales) regarding order fulfillment. Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs. Ensure SOP compliance, safety standards, and warehouse cleanliness. Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. At least 2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse or Fulfillment Supervisor. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. Experience using WMS/ERP systems is a plus. Strong leadership, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
