We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Executive for TPU ( Thermoplastic Polyurethane) to join our team! In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our innovative products and solutions.

What You’ll Do

Identify and develop target accounts based on market trends and industry potential Promote our products and solutions to win new customers and generate sales orders Collaborate with internal teams to define product, supply, and service requirements that meet customer needs Monitor market and account activities to gather insights and create response strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and key market influencers Provide sales forecasts and achieve set volume and margin targets Coordinate with the credit team to support AR collection processes Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions and seminars to support product placement in the market

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor degree in Sciences/Engineering or Business Administration degree or equivalent Proven experience in sales or account management Strong communication and customer engagement skills Ability to analyze market data and drive strategic actions Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Willingness to travel and attend client events or marketing activities as needed Fluency in spoken / written English Fluency in spoken / written Mandarin is an advantage but not a must
