Global Business Process Specialist – Supply Chain
Develop, implement, and manage supply chain processes across various functions.
Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage supply chain operations in compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Coordinate and manage projects related to supply chain and logistics activities.
Solve problems and support change management initiatives within the supply chain function.
Work with global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
Manage external vendors and coordinate with users across all levels of the organization.
Understand and support master data requirements and reporting needs.
Utilize ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor) to support supply chain activities.
Use analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or data lake systems for reporting and insights.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Participate in domestic and international travel as needed.
Adapt to flexible working hours to collaborate with global team members in different time zones.
Apply IT knowledge and awareness to enhance supply chain operations and stay competitive in the industry.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in supply chain management or logistics roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor) is required.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI or data lake platforms.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Thai, Indonesian Bahasa) are an advantage.
Strong awareness of IT usage within the industry and competitive organizations.
Track record in Project Management tracking tools such as Monday.com, Jira or equivalent.
Certified PM (PMP) and/or Agile Scrum Master certifications highly regarded.
Previous experience implementing WMS and other system modules highly regarded.
ISO27001 experience highly regarded.
Knowledge of Gartner’s run, grow and transform model.
Experienced in manufacturing or B2B industry is an absolute advantage.
