IT Infrastructure & Network Lead (SAP S/4HANA Rollout)

About the role We are looking an IT Infrastructure & Network Lead to join our team at PT Sakata Inx Indonesia. This full-time position is based in Jakarta and Tangerang. We are currently undergoing a major digital transformation, transitioning from SAP Business One to SAP S/4HANA, managed by our global project team in India.

The IT Infrastructure & Network Lead will be the primary local owner of all hardware, networking, and server environments. You will ensure head office and factory remain connected with 99,9% uptime, serving as the "boots on the ground" for the S/4HANA implementation and supporting 100+ local users.

Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management:

Maintain and optimize local servers and storage to support 40+ S/4HANA power users.

Network Operations:

Manage the VPN tunnel and dedicated lines between the PIK office, the factory, and the global could servers.

SAP S/4HANA Support:

Coordinate with the India-based Global Project Team to ensure local infrastructure meets the technical requirements for the S/4HANA rollout.

Manufacturing IT:

Oversee factory-floor connectivity, ensuring industrial printing/manufacturing equipment is integrated with the network.

Vendor & Asset Management:

Manage local ISP providers, hardware vendors, and the procurement of IT assets.

Security & Compliance:

Implement local cybersecurity protocols, backups, and disaster recovery plans in line with global standards.

What we're looking for Experience:

5–8 years in IT Infrastructure, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

Hands‑on experience with SAP environments (SAP B1 or S/4HANA preferred).

Strong knowledge of Fortinet/Cisco Firewalls, VLANs, and SD‑WAN.

Experience managing Windows Server and Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper‑V).

Communication:

Fluent in English (required for daily coordination with the Global project team).

Mobility:

Must be willing to travel between head office and the factory site regularly.

Able to work under‑pressured and join us ASAP.
