About the Program The MT Operations Program is designed to develop high-potential talents into future leaders or operational specialists across key business functions within Arista Group. This 12-month development journey strengthens technical, managerial, and analytical capabilities in: Operations Logistics Warehouse Management Sales Planning Branch Operations Participants will gain hands-on exposure at both Head Office and branch level through cross-functional rotations and project-based assignments. High-performing participants will be evaluated for future supervisory opportunities based on performance and leadership readiness.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or related fields Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability High learning agility and leadership potential Strong communication and coordination skills Strong interest in automotive and operational management Willing to be placed at Head Office (Jakarta) or branches across Indonesia (mandatory)
