Growth Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Manager at Luxehouze, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase revenue, and maximize profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance the overall customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a luxury e-commerce brand. Responsibilities: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion funnels to drive online sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing. Analyze data, metrics, and key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Work closely with the product and technology teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and feature development that drive growth. Identify and explore partnership opportunities to expand Luxehouze's reach and customer base. Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market insights to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a managerial position within growth marketing, e-commerce, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing. Experience with web analytics tools and data analysis platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. Passion for luxury products and a good understanding of the luxury e-commerce market. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
