Adecco Indonesia is representing a global FMCG Company in the looking for a National Sales Manager to be placed in Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Maximize nationwide sales productivity and ensure high-quality sales execution across all regions.
Develop and implement Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies across all product categories to strengthen market penetration and operational efficiency.
Lead initiatives to improve channel fundamentals, including outlet transactions, line sold performance, territory coverage, and BCP (Business Continuity Plan) standards.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a national sales organization, including direct supervision of Regional Sales Managers.
Define capability development frameworks for both internal sales teams and distributor partners.
Foster a performance-driven culture with clear targets, coaching, and operational discipline.
Distributor & Channel Management
Oversee Distributor Operational Management standards to ensure consistent, high-quality distributor execution nationwide.
Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, and key channel partners.
Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing teams to build effective channel strategies, visibility programs, and in-store execution standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a strategic business partner to Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other key functions to drive sustainable business growth.
Support the development of GT (General Trade) strategies to expand availability, visibility, and distribution reach nationwide.
Business Intelligence & Decision-Making
Lead Business Intelligence initiatives to ensure effective data management, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights.
Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
10+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, including leadership of multi-regional or national sales teams.
Experience & Skills
Proven track record in national sales management, distribution operations, and field execution.
Strong understanding of GT channels, RTM design, and distributor management.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and develop organizational capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in leveraging business intelligence to guide decisions.
