Treasury Manager

Treasury Manager – Blue Bird Group Join to apply for the Treasury Manager role at Blue Bird Group.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for treasury operation & ensure timely delivery of results

Manage & coordinate all local banks relationship, including the establishment of local bank facilities based of company’s instruction

Lead, coach, and develop the treasury team to ensure strong capability and backup for key function

Maintain positive communication with stakeholders & ensure all operational issues are taken care

Review & monitor all lending covenant

Reduce idle liquidity on bank accounts

High quality & accurate cash forecast

Oversee process improvements in treasury area

Ensure timely execution of treasury activities

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in Treasury/Cash Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role

Strong knowledge of bank products

Preferably from retail company

Experience with ERP system (SAP or similar) and preferably treasury / cash management tools, strong excel skills

Preferably having experience in Loan & Covenant management

Proven experience in cash flow planning and liquidity management for multi-entity / group company

Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken (for bank communication, reporting, and documentation)

High integrity, proactive and good communication skills
