Personnel Officer (Batam, Indonesia Stationed)

Overview We are a leading OEM manufacturer of electrical household appliances for worldwide brand names. Based in Hong Kong, we have highly integrated production facilities in Guangdong Province and Batam, Indonesia. We would like to invite high‑caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy.

Responsibilities

Manage various personnel functions, including end‑to‑end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, exit process, etc.).

Maintain employee records and handle HR administration (attendance, leave, work visa application, etc.).

Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent.

At least 5 years of solid personnel experience in a manufacturing environment.

Well‑versed in the Labor Ordinance and other related regulations in Indonesia.

Able to work independently with a strong sense of confidentiality.

Mature, meticulous, and possessing good interpersonal skills.

Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in spoken Mandarin is a MUST.
