Apprenticeship - Agency Communication

Helping in making daily communications content to agency, compile the incoming request(s), and collaborate with existing design vendor to design and deliver the final results Collaborate with other department (Operation/Transformation Office/IT/CMC/Syariah) to ensure all processes aligned with the proposed timeline & procedures In house designer for simple Flyers/Banners, Incentives Flyers/Banners, short newsletters, simple tutorial videos if needed. Will have to work on exciting concepts together with the Agency Communication Team Job Requirements

Final year or fresh graduate from any creative related major (Communications/Design will be prioritized) Willing to do hybrid working (3x WFO & 2x WFH) in South Jakarta Committed to do 6 months internship period Good in English & daily business communications (Email/WhatsApp/Telegram) Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Creative design skill (2D and video) and has personal laptop on hand Which of the following types of qualifications do you have?
