JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
• Daily UGC monitoring and update
• Make sure hygiene activities across all platforms, including in Community has no missed out
• Responsible to maintain relationship with community members/external community
• Tracking all shared activities from client and make sure no missed out in the process
• PIC for all activities including Gamification, Contest, and Gifts (FOC) Delivery, Online/Offline Event
• In-charge for the most publishing items (Community Post, News & Tips, Banners, Push Notifications)
• Content development to engage with Members (Community Discussion once a week)
REQUIREMENTS
• Education background/major: Bachelor Degree in any major
• Experience needed : 1-3 years of working (fresh graduates are welcomed)
• Adaptable and quick to learn new tools
• Community engagement and moderation skill
• Good time management and multitasking
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Intermediate / Advanced in English
• Excel Skill : Basic / Intermediate / Advanced
