Finance Administrator

Responsibilities: Thoroughly examine all payment documents, ensuring completeness, tax compliance, and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Execute essential monthly closing activities, encompassing the meticulous journal entry of daily transactions, including revenue and payment entries. Oversee and manage internal control measures, including conducting stock opname of assets and inventory to safeguard company assets. Diligently execute tasks in alignment with established policies, instructions, and directions provided by organizational leaders.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years working experiences in corporate accounting or retail. Proven experience as finance at Retail Industry. Full Proficiency in English or Mandarin. Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to organizational directives.
