Sales Data Support Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

Overseeing and monitoring sales data, including order processing, invoice management, and preparing comprehensive daily sales reports to support strategic decision-making. Managing administrative tasks related to marketing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Performing critical administrative duties such as data entry and document filing, primarily in Mandarin, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Translating important documents between Mandarin and Indonesian to facilitate clear communication across teams and external partners. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Finance, to reconcile sales data and handle claims, ensuring alignment and transparency. Processing new customer information and regularly updating the store database to keep customer records current and reliable. Maintaining strict confidentiality of all company documents and sensitive information to uphold corporate integrity and trust. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any major. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, data administration, or marketing operations, preferably within the FMCG industry. Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in document translation between Mandarin and Indonesian is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately monitor and report sales data. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing data entry, filing, and administrative tasks. Familiarity with CRM or sales database management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including Sales and Finance. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a small team. Adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven FMCG environment. About the Company
