Position Summary:
We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our Data Innovation Team, building the next-generation Agentic AI Orchestration & Data Observability platforms from the ground up!

What you’ll be doing:
Design and develop Agentic AI orchestration and Data Management products, with a strong focus on Python Backend development
Design and develop scalable cloud-based solutions
Investigate and evaluate existing market solutions and third-party tools to identify opportunities for integration and enhancement of platform capabilities
Collaborate with global engineering, product and architecture teams
What we need to see:
B.Sc. or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field
7+ years of hands-on backend development experience in Python
Strong experience with Python, not just for testing/DevOps, but mainly for Backend product development
Deep background in OOP/OOD principals
Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms, microservices and databases
Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECR, Helm, Ingress, etc.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in developing Agentic AI/LLM based applications
Design of APIs or microservices that integrate AI Agents or LLM based components
Hands-on experience in Java and Java ecosystem
Experience with developing SaaS based solutions running on AWS, Azure or GCP
Experience with modern database solutions, including both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon RDS)
High communication skills across all levels of the organization
Champions continuous innovation and actively seek new ways to improve.
