Job Description:

Ensure effective implementation of strategic management across the development, launch and portfolio management of bancassurance products, focusing on revenue growth, bancassurance business portfolio performance and regulatory/internal procedure compliance. Key responsibilities including creating product strategy, managing partnerships with insurance partners ,and ensuring the bancassurance team perform teir roles and responsibilities in line with establish standards .

Job Requirements:

Min 5 years relevant experience in bancassurance product and business Strong product management experience, vision and business sense in building up bancassurance business Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationship within team and across functions Strong capability ini analysing product portfolio (pricing, profitability etc) and proposition .
