Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain essential production documents including job orders, work orders, and output logs.

Enter production data into internal systems with a focus on accuracy.

Assist in developing daily or weekly production schedules and coordinate job orders with relevant teams.

Update and track raw material and finished goods inventory records to support the production team.

Facilitate communication between production and other departments, relaying updates, delays, and concerns.

Provide administrative support during audits, meetings, and safety reviews.

Generate reports such as daily production summaries and downtime metrics, while assisting with general administrative tasks.

Requirements

Nitec or Diploma in Business, Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Prior experience in production or administrative roles is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems is advantageous.

Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to support overtime or shift work as needed.
