Directly manage

3–5 large-scale projects

Oversee the entire project portfolio through a team of

5 Account Managers

Ensure

on-time delivery

with a

high client NPS

Team Management (30%) Lead

Account Managers, Side Managers, and Runners

Control work quality and documentation ( ClickUp )

Resolve issues and redistribute workload when needed

Processes & Quality (15%) Improve internal processes (with CTO approval)

Coordinate with factories and control production

Conduct ClickUp audits and maintain quality standards

Communication (15%) Handle escalated client issues

Provide

weekly reports to the CTO

REQUIREMENTS Must-have:

5+ years

of project management experience

Background in

furniture, interiors, or construction

Experience managing

teams of 10+ people

Experience with

ClickUp

or similar project management tools

Experience with

B2B projects of $100K+
