Job Descriptions
Helping students to develop a growth-mindset and supportive culture
Drive adoption of product usage, features, and maintain a strong relationship with customer
Delighting customer in end-to-end product experience especially in a context of a learning experience (onboarding, learning, consultation & off-boarding)
Be the voice of customer, and consolidate feedback from customer to gather insight & recommend improvement, suggestions, and initiatives to align with the business goal
Work closely with cross-functional team (product, biz ops, sales & service) to deliver the best learning experience to customer
Proactive approach in sharing information related to learning experience to customer via chat/groupchat/con-call
Job Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major
Good logical and structural thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
Having an interest in education, user service experience to serve customer
Self-starter, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Ability to work in face-pace environment, multitasking & prioritizing
Familiar with Google Suite tools (docs, spreadsheet, etc)
