Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the establishment of the Indonesian sales team system and processes; combined with marketing planning, market research, develop and maintain high-quality customers in the Indonesian market, and provide them with packaging product design and production as well as personalized packaging solutions.

Independently lead the team to conduct project negotiations or strategic cooperation negotiations with customers, and provide customers with pre-sales and after-sales services.

Formulate sales projects and plans to achieve the company's sales goals.

Mobilize various resources to help promote customer relationships, deeply analyze the customer decision-making chain, achieve the simultaneous establishment of personal relationships and organizational relationships at the key decision-making level of customers, and conduct effective dynamic management of customer relationships.

Conduct systematic insight analysis of the market, combine the company's core competitiveness, discover business opportunities, and systematically plan market development strategies and layouts.

From the perspective of project management, conduct a comprehensive analysis and planning of the terms in the contract and the subsequent project execution work.

Qualifications

Education: College degree or above; Major: Unlimited.

Team management ability.
