Who We're Looking For? Preferably has 3+ years of experience in weighbridge/logistics/warehouse operations roles position based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry Fluent in English, Excited about being part of a dream, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. A strong believer in the power of winning together, Strong knowledge of weighbridge systems, inventory control, and ERP (SAP or equivalent). Able to use MS Office Programs actively. Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera

What You'll Be Doing? Responsible for supervising weighbridge operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant recording of incoming and outgoing raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods in the oleochemical plant.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily weighbridge activities, including vehicle weighing for raw materials, chemicals, and finished products. Ensure all weighing data is recorded accurately in the system (manual and/or ERP). Monitor compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Verify and reconcile weighbridge tickets, delivery notes, and inventory records. Coordinate with Logistics, Production, Warehouse, and Security teams for smooth material flow. Investigate and report discrepancies in weight records or documentation. Supervise weighbridge operators, provide training, and ensure discipline in operations. Maintain weighbridge equipment, coordinate calibration, and ensure operational reliability. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management regarding material movement and weighbridge performance.
