About the Role Flip is looking for a Product Designer to help us to be the fairest financial service in the world and build stellar experiences for our customers. You’ll work with stakeholders across functions to help create impact for millions of Flip users, solving user problems by representing users' point of view and behavior to create impactful solutions.

What You'll Do Take full ownership of design for assigned products and features within your scope, from discovery through implementation. Deliver high-quality work on time while maintaining design excellence and attention to detail. Effectively communicate and present your design thinking, rationale, and solutions to product managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams. Build confidence in your work through clear storytelling and compelling visual presentations. Work closely with product managers, business teams, marketing, data analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to create delightful user experiences that align with company goals and address real user needs. Analyze user data, funnel metrics, and behavioral insights to validate design decisions and inform your design direction. Use quantitative and qualitative research to guide problem-solving and iteration. Actively participate in team discussions, design critiques, and brainstorming sessions. Confidently advocate for design solutions and constructively challenge ideas to elevate team outcomes. Proactively identify, document, and resolve design issues throughout the product lifecycle. Take independent ownership of design consistency, quality, and refinement, confident in your ability to address problems without waiting for direction.

What You’ll Need Minimum of 3 years of product design experience, with a preference for expertise in designing lending or investment products. Possess exceptional design

design fundamentals , demonstrating the ability to transform ideas into thoughtful and visually compelling designs. Ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data, effectively using them to guide design decisions. Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Framer, Lottie or other) for creating and iterating on designs at scale. Comfortable in design experimentation and hands-on prototyping with fluency in AI tools for design acceleration. Able to translate design intent into high-fidelity interfaces and implementable prototypes, leveraging AI-generated code and emerging design tools to streamline workflows Demonstrated quick learning ability and adaptability to emerging technologies, with a continuous pursuit of self-improvement and new skill acquisition. Thrives in complex and fast-paced environments, treating challenges as opportunities for growth. Stay current with product design trends, tools, and platform technologies (iOS, Android) to maintain alignment with industry best practices, particularly in payment and lifestyle applications. Fluency in both written and verbal English.
