Sales Engineer

with PT. Optima Daya Energi, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in South Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our solar power systems to commercial and residential customers. You will leverage your strong technical expertise to assess client needs, design tailored solar solutions, and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

Job Requirements : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field; Minimum 1 year of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or renewable energy industry (Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply); Strong technical understanding of solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and other components; Ability to conduct site visits, energy assessments, and prepare technical proposals and system specifications; Experience in handling client presentations, negotiations, and contract closing; Good understanding of solar energy regulations and industry trends is an advantage; Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
