Operations Director (Poultry and Feedmill) Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize Feedmill operations, aligning with overall business goals and objectives

Identify opportunities for growth, cost‑efficiency, and improved production processes

Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the poultry facility, including breeding, hatching, rearing, and processing

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health, and safety standards

Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and ensure product quality meets company standards

Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to maintain efficient supply chains

Uphold safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any related field

Minimum 8 years experience as an Operations Manager; feedmill industry background will be advantaged

Strong knowledge of poultry production processes, food safety, industry regulations, and best practices

Proven track record of successfully leading large‑scale poultry production operations

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, presentation skills, and data processing

Work location in Jakarta and willingness to travel as needed
