Host Live Stream Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience as a live host, presenter, or similar role (preferably in the beauty or retail industry) Confident, energetic, and charismatic in front of the camera Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce trends Skilled in engaging audiences through live streaming and creating an interactive atmosphere Able to analyze live performance metrics (viewers, engagement, sales conversion) to improve future sessions Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Willing to work from the office (WFO) at our studio in Alam Sutera Job Responsibilities Live Hosting:

Conduct engaging and interactive live sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, and other relevant platforms to promote products and drive sales. Content Preparation:

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare live scripts, product knowledge, and talking points before each session. Audience Engagement:

Build and maintain strong interaction with audiences by answering questions, showcasing products, and creating a fun, trustworthy atmosphere. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product details, promotions, and new launches to deliver accurate and persuasive information during live sessions. Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align live content with campaign goals and brand direction.
