Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher.

At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce support, customer service (with sales KPI), or sales.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.

Strong problemโ€‘solving skills with a customerโ€‘focused attitude and desire to help customers and resolve issues.

Fluency in English.

Prior experience as a customer service representative, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via live chat and provide accurate product information on Shopee, TikTok, and Tokopedia.

Recommend products, upsell, and crossโ€‘sell to drive online sales.

Deliver excellent customer service, including order updates, afterโ€‘sales support, returns, and exchanges.

Assist with order processing and packing to ensure accuracy and timely shipment.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth endโ€‘toโ€‘end customer journey.

Conduct basic competitor and market research to support business decisions.

Additional Information

Schedule: 8 hours per day on a shifting basis. Willing to work night shifts during campaign periods โ€“ WFO.

Need to be flexible in adjusting shifts during campaign periods, including weekends and public holidays (weekend shifts may be scheduled during daytime as needed).

Employment type: Contract.
