Manager, Account Executive – Visa
Join Visa to lead the development and growth of client relationships across the payments and technology ecosystem. With over 259 billion payments transactions annually, Visa’s mission is to connect the world through the most innovative, convenient, reliable, and secure payments network.
Key Responsibilities
Execute strategic priorities that drive revenue and profitability growth for Visa and its clients.
Distill vision and strategy for client relationships in collaboration with cross‑functional Visa team members.
Collaborate with client executives to understand priorities and operational capabilities and align work plans.
Orchestrate client experience to deliver the best of Visa’s global expertise.
Balance client and Visa interests while delivering a quality sales pipeline for Core Products and value added services (VAS).
Own and manage business risks, applying consistent application of Visa’s relevant Key Controls.

Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in sales, business development or management consulting, preferably in payments or financial services.
Strong track record of client service, strategy development and execution.
Knowledge of payments, eCommerce, and mobile technologies is a plus.
Proven ability to design, negotiate and manage execution of business agreements.
Experience planning, managing and closing complex and competitive sales efforts.
Stakeholder management experience at large, complex organizations.
Collaborate across functions and geographies.
