Purchasing Manager

to strengthen our procurement operations and support our continued growth. Location: Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Responsibilities

Oversee the entire purchasing and procurement process for both retail outlets and production needs. Identify, compare, and select the best suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery reliability. Conduct contract and price negotiations to secure the most competitive deals. Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), purchase requests, and inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse team. Work closely with the production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows. Maintain and regularly evaluate supplier performance. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and cost-efficiency principles. Manage, improve, and document purchasing systems and procedures to ensure a structured workflow. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing for the fashion and the garment industry. Strong network of suppliers for raw materials is an advantage. Familiar with PO systems, inventory management, and procurement software. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently or in a team. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Benefits
