Assistant General Manager (Chemical distribution / Fertilizer)

Assistant General Manager (Chemical distribution / Fertilizer) Oversee multiple product verticals and manage Senior Managers. Responsible for achieving

minimum RM1.5 million revenue in Year 1 .

Key Responsibilities

Lead 2–4 business units (Senior Managers and Managers).

Achieve

RM1.5M+ revenue

in the first year.

Drive sales strategies for chemicals in the following sectors:

Construction (cement, coating, adhesive)

Rubber & plastics

Paint & coating

Expand the customer base and strengthen supplier networks.

Mentor and grow the sales team; ensure sales pipeline accuracy.

Prepare revenue updates and expansion plans for management.

Support overseas expansion into markets such as Vietnam, Indonesia, China.

Requirements

Minimum

10–15 years

experience in related chemical / fertilizer / petrochemical fields.

Candidates with experience in related industries will be highly preferred, such as:

Chemical Distribution

Rubber / Plastics / Adhesives

Paint & Coatings

Construction Chemical Materials

Able to build, lead and grow teams.

Strong network across multiple industry verticals.

Strong industry network & product knowledge.

Strong in revenue generation with proven ability to bring

in RM1.5M revenue .

Demonstrated track record of commitment and performance.

Strong leadership & commercial acumen.

Willing to travel regionally.
