Achieve assigned sales targets

in line with company objectives. Build, manage, and grow a High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) client portfolio , generating revenue from both transactional fees and management fees. Deliver high-quality after-sales service , including regular market insights and portfolio performance updates to clients. Consistently meet monthly Relationship Manager (RM) KPIs

and performance metrics. What does amazing look like?

Have

3- 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager

in the banking or financial services industry. Proven experience

managing High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) portfolios

with

Assets Under Management (AUM) exceeding IDR 50 billion . Strong expertise in

wealth management products , financial planning, and a solid understanding of
