Head of Project Management

Develops long-term property development strategies, setting goals that align with organizational objectives, and leading teams to high-standard performance. Establishes and oversees detailed project budgets, tracking expenditures, reallocations, and cash flows to ensure cost-effective delivery. Manages all phases of construction projects, from feasibility studies and site acquisition to design, construction, and final handover. Acts as the primary contact for investors, contractors, architects, and internal executives, negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance. Identifies potential risks, creates mitigation strategies, and ensures strict compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations. Qualifications

Typically requires a degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Proficiency in project management software, financial modeling, and risk management. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage project teams to achieve operational excellence. Often preferred, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
