Commercial Manager - Beauty

Responsibilities:

Define sales strategy & and its implementation

Implement marketing activities in stores and ensure everything runs well

Plan, organize, coordinate, control, and evaluate all store operational activities including stock and people management.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from any major and reputable university

At least 5 years of working experience in sales & operation in beauty or luxury goods industry

Computer literate (MS Office) and fluent in English

Has trend awareness and passionate about beauty products

Result oriented, detail, strong interpersonal & leadership skill
